Thank you for shopping with LuvMahjong. We aim to get your order to you quickly and safely.

Order Processing Orders are processed within 5-6 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day. Pre-order items are marked as such and do not ship until the date displayed against that item on the website. 

Delivery Timelines Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 7-10 business days, depending on your location. Metro cities usually receive orders faster than remote or non-serviceable pin codes. We currently ship across India.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order value. Orders above ₹5000 qualify for free shipping, within India.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

Delays While we make every effort to meet the timelines above, deliveries may occasionally be delayed due to courier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
