Frequently Asked Questions
Do the mats work with any tile set?
Yes. The playing surface is sized for standard American mahjong tile sets. The open center has no brand-specific layout — it works with whatever tiles and racks you already own.
How do I clean my mat?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap. Air dry flat. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
Can I fold the mat for storage?
Roll it, don't fold it. Folding creates permanent creases that warp the surface. A rolled mat stores flat on a shelf or in a tube.
Will the mat protect my table?
Yes. The non-slip backing keeps the mat in place and the padded surface absorbs tile impacts — no scratching, no skidding.
